Born Entrepreneur

Society must learn to accept some people are people are born to be entrepreneurs just like people are born to be scientists or athletes. Growing up, the majority feels owning a business, being a public figure or engaging in saving the world is a choice. However, whether by nomination or sense of duty, there are people who know they make a difference and someone else will not be as effective or efficient.

Growing up, it was fun going out, modeling and being popular. When turning eighteen it became important to become an adult. For most people this means getting and holding a job. However, this was never good enough. It was not good enough for me or other people. Some people felt I felt entitled, yet what do you do when most people think you should stop tossing pizzas to open your own restaurant or become a professional artist, because you have something great to share with the world?

It makes life complicated trying to be a worker when not pursuing greater challenges is clearly wrong. People's expectations are so higher and they are not willing to wait. Sometimes they cannot wait. If organizing a band, band members want to see progress; otherwise, it can be a fatal endeavor. All leaders want to lead the team to greatness not down a dark, lonely path.

There are only so many things a person can do while alive. Either you work towards the goal or opportunities will pass. Feeling especially attached to those extraverts out there with the potential to improve everyone's life I saw older and younger people struggling with the same problems. Always going from job-to-job and making new friends. They are great people, innovators and geniuses with greater vision for the whole world, yet get sit around talking to each other and worrying about their next dead-end job they will quit in a year.

This is the game plan so many people take and it worked fine. Meanwhile, the whole scene begins to deteriorate, because regardless of whether they knew it or not, their responsibility was to everyone. Even people stimulated be competition, lose interest when entrepreneurial personality decides to forfeit. In addition, there is proof the "someone else fixing it" is you.

Some people think being attractive or having "it" is how people get ahead, yet there are several attractive people who feel uncomfortable speaking in public. Relying on the greater, more successful people seen on television and film is okay, yet it doesn't do much to resolve community issues occurring on a local or specialized level affecting everyone's day-to-day life.

How does a person know? There are several personality tests. Sometimes it becomes obvious as a child. As a child I organized a women's movement to end the tradition of boys whitewashing (group snow fight targeting one person) a different girl every recess. Talking to everyone and gaining support, everything came together when finally getting attacked. After showing notable resistance the resistance began. Boys counterattacked with a propaganda campaign claiming they only whitewashed attractive, popular girls. This lasted for awhile until the issue was closed and the playground was safe again.

What is it about public figures or entrepreneurs? It appears to be an innate part of the personality. Perhaps when noticing the oddities of a person successfully doing something odd and earning support, while building a positive reputation they show they are able to offer more to the community. Extraverts, in general, are a lesser portion of society. Instead of, getting distracted by odd behavior like going job-to-job, offering advice and odd amounts of joviality sometimes morphing into a darker type of almost evil in its seriousness, support their desire to get to obtain rewarding goals for everyone.
