Inward Looking Eye

Differing perspectives create conflict. Communication is often the only way to relieve these conflicts and therefore a key point in risk management.

People grow up with different influences, thoughts, environments and backgrounds. We see different images when looking at ink blots, yet people will see the same image after a discussion. This does not imbue the other person with the same life, yet it validates perspectives and opens communication.

Individual automatically relate to another person in being human. However, many companies want to exceed expectations. Feedback forms, surveys, votes and comments assist in developing from many perspectives achieving a more perfect knowledge. Better solutions give companies a competitive edge.

People debate a company's worth. Clearly stating their vision, if positive, can produce positive results. People are less afraid when they know something about a topic. Many people in the United States developed subcultures. Many of these people are Christian. Goth culture has developed a reputation of being promiscuous; therefore, Christians are compelled to treat Goth companies as a threat. However, if the Goth Company issues a statement they desire to protect Goth Culture so people within the group have equal opportunities and a basic quality of life, Christians remain neutral while engaging in a semi-charitable goal.

Christians are prolific in sharing perspectives and beliefs. This assists in developing a strong position in the community. If the Goth Company is intelligent they acknowledge external communities and express goals in an appealing way.

Unfortunately, people who do not engage in understanding another's perspectives leave themselves at a disadvantage. Mentality has many levels. Usually the first thought propelling someone to change their situation is related to anger, insecurity, anxiety or sadness. Change is difficult. Lack of necessity equates to ignoring problems. A person experiences intensified emotions when recognizing urgency. This frequently appears as harassment. They may imply throwing off the yolk and making them pay for oppressing their people. However, the intensity is related to acknowledgment of personal hardship or threats to friends.

Though this intensifies competitive actions and creates a greater degree of mistrust, many empathize. However, it would take several discussions undo damage. All people have common bonds. Through discussion a revelation of the activity comes to the surface. Yet it will take discussion supported by action to dismiss statements of contempt.

When approaching unknown people and different perspectives remember everyone vies for similar outcomes and desires respect. This acts a catalyst when developing an initial presentation. It might be rough; however, first impressions last a long time.

Companies depend on employees to be their voice, hands and eyes. This means communicating the employee's job clearly enough so they perform tasks and act complimentary. Effective trainers explain steps so another person understands the intention. While excellent communicators they had to listen first.

Perspective is a living force that grows and develops during its lifetime. Inputs and outputs change future paths. Seeing other people through an inward looking eye opens positive discourse before opening the gates to external communities and potential competitors.
